I’ll set up a search based on your preferences, so we’ll know the minute a suitable home hits the market! I’ll arrange showings, tour properties with you and help you craft THE winning offer!
Once we’ve gotten an accepted offer, we begin checking off items in the contract (inspections, appraisal, home sale contingency, etc.). I will be with you every step of the way!
Your lender will issue the “Clear to Close” once all loan conditions have been satisfied and you can officially plan your move! Don’t forget to get utilities in your name and change your address with the Board of Elections and Post Office!
Closing Day!! The title company will contact us to arrange final signing and once title transfers with the county, you’ll get keys and you can move in! I’ll still be available for any questions or needs after the sale!
